"I was so impressed with the way the team used our items and created something amazing - and had such great judgement to not use it all, just what seemed right. The food was outstanding (even if I couldn't eat most of it due to a tight fitting dress!), the atmosphere, the wonderful and funny bar staff, the welcome, the drinks, the staff bigging me up when I was having photos on the stairs.
