Celebrate your special day in the historic grandeur of York Mansion House, at the heart of city society since 1732.

The Mansion House is the oldest purpose-built home for a Lord Mayor in the country and now provides a splendid backdrop for weddings and civil partnerships.

We offer the whole house on a venue-hire basis only, from a 2 hour ceremony-only package to a full-day hire, giving you the freedom to design your own perfect day.

Everyone at the Mansion House was absolutely brilliant, they made us both and all of our family really welcome, and everything ran like clockwork. It will forever be a very special place for us!
